Product Structure & Composition
Metal Panels: Upper and lower surfaces utilize color-coated or galvanized steel plates (0.3-0.8mm thickness) with fluorocarbon or polyester coatings for superior weather resistance, corrosion protection, and UV stability. Available in corrugated or flat profiles for enhanced installation compatibility.
Rock Wool Core: Manufactured from natural basalt melted at high temperatures to create interwoven fibrous structures with high porosity. Standard thickness ranges from 50-200mm with density of 80-120 kg/m³, customizable for specific insulation and fireproofing requirements.
Composite Process: High-pressure bonding and mechanical pressing ensure secure adhesion between metal panels and rock wool core. Edge sealing prevents moisture ingress and core material displacement, enhancing overall structural integrity.
